Nachdenken und dar\u00fcber reden sind keine wirklichen Gegenmittel gegen die \u00fcber unser gesamtes bisheriges Leben verdichten Denk-, F\u00fchl- und Handlungsmuster. Einfacher gesagt: Was wir tun und denken ist h\u00e4ufig bedingt durch unsere bisherigen Erfahrungen<\/strong>, welche in neuronalen Netzwerken in unserem Hirn verdichtet sind.<\/p>\n

Wir konstruieren uns unsere Welt<\/strong> aufgrund dieser \u2013 oft unbewussten \u2013 Erfahrungen: Einmaliges H\u00f6ren oder auch Besprechen von neuen Informationen bewirkt da wenig. Verhaltens\u00e4nderungen k\u00f6nnen nur durch kleine Schritte \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum erreicht werden.<\/p>\n

Dabei muss erstens das Neue, von aussen Kommende mit dem Bekannten, in mir bereits Vorhandenen in Beziehung gesetzt, \u00abreflektiert\u00bb werden.\u00a0Und zweitens muss daraufhin neues, gew\u00fcnschtes Verhalten in kleinen Schritten und \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum hin einge\u00fcbt<\/strong> werden.<\/p>\n
